As we worked with them to evaluate their position in their market, we realized that many of their competitors were working hard to position themselves as big. And sober. And immovable. Exactly the opposite of what John Dawson's customers want from their insurance agency.
As always, we presented three significantly different brand options. Everyone at Element loved the hummingbird concept and thought it provided a great basis for differentiating the agency from the competition, but we worried that the client wouldn't quite get it, or would be afraid to take the chance. Thankfully, we were wrong. By listening to each other and by taking chances, Element and John Dawson Associates created something that makes everyone involved proud.
